Tappetino Rotondo, Fig. 8
Round tablecloth, 120 cm in diameter. Materials: size 10 crochet thread and size 2 [mm] knitting needles and crochet hook.
This was an interesting project to rechart as there were more than the usual number of mistakes in the original pattern. It took some concentration and some consulting with the doily underground to fix the mistakes. I think the charts are correct now, and I look forward to seeing the finished tablecloth someday!
Cast on 8 stitches and join into a round. Knit according to the chart, beginning with round 1, repeating the pattern 8 times per round. In rounds not shown on the charts, knit the knits and purl the purls. From the 229th round repeat the pattern 24 times per round. After the 268th round bind off the stitches with the crochet hook, combining the number of stitches indicated above the last round into a single crochet, followed by 17 chain stitches each.

Remember:
- Feel free to download and use the charts, print copies for your own use. However, you may not print them out and share them with others. Send folks to my website so they can download for themselves.
- I don't own the original pattern, but I do own my recharted version. So, please don't copy my charts and claim them as your own or publish them under your name. If you want to have your own charts, then find the original patterns and rechart them yourself!
- Do not sell copies of these charts. If I don't charge for my recharts, you certainly shouldn't charge for my recharts!
