Seerose
Made with size 100 crochet thread and size 1 knitting needles the diameter is approximately 28 cm. Made with size 60 crochet thread and size 1 knitting needles the diameter is approximately 38 cm.
Instructions: Cast on 14 stitches and join into a round. Repeat the pattern 14 times per round. Knit the rounds not shown on the charts. Pay particular attention to the numbering of the rows on the charts. On round 26, where there are double yarnovers knit the first loop and purl the second loop. On round 39 move the final stitch of round 38 to the left needle so it becomes the first stitch of round 39. Note that in rounds 47 to 56, each round is a pattern round. Also note the special symbol for two yarnovers that are knit as a single stitch in the next round. In these cases, the double yarnover is NOT an increase, but is meant to create a larger hole in the pattern. On round 56, knit the last stitch from round 55 as the first stitch of the new round. After round 67, crochet off the stitches: combine 2 knit stitches with 1 single crochet stitch, and then chain 6 stitches.
