Quadratische Decke
Square lace doily, 52 x 52 cm. Materials: 40 g MEZ glossy crochet yarn no. 60, 1.5mm knitting needles, and one 12mm crochet hook.
Cast on 8 stitches, join into a round. Knit according to chart A, repeating the pattern four times per round. Increase 10 stitches from each of 3 adjacent yarn overs. After round 117, work 4 rounds in stockinette stitch. In the first knit round of stockinette stitch, *k65, m1* eight times. After the increases, there will be 532 stitches on the needles. Work the edging according to chart B. Work the complete pattern repeat 7 times on each side, then for the corner, knit the section to the left of the strong line (6 leaf motifs side by side in the corners). After the 34th round, use a crochet hook to bind off the stitches, combining the each set of stitches indicated in the last round with a single crochet stitch, and chain 12 between the decreases.
