This is a small doily, size: 26 cm in diameter. The pattern calls for 30 g size 200 crochet thread, and size 0 knitting needles. That's very fine thread; I don't know if you can find it nowadays.
Cast on 8 stitches and join into a round. Knit chart A, repeating the pattern 8 times per round. Knit the rounds not shown on the chart. Knit chart B 20 times per round, and increase the three yarnovers from round 77 into 19 stitches in round 78. Decrease with a crochet hook in the final round, using a single crochet to make each decrease and chain 16 stitches after each repeat.
