Malve
Malve was published in Mallin 404 in 1948, and is attributed to Linda and Herbert Niebling. Although this specific pattern has apparently never been published again, it is very similar to other patterns such as Meteor (Beyer 288), Skabiosa (Beyer 2036) and Musterblatt 702 Modell F. You can find links for those patterns on the Malve entry in the Ravelry database.
It's a fairly simple pattern. The instructions are on the charts. The pattern gives no information about the diameter, or the size of thread and needles. There are 82 rounds, and then one round of crochet. You can probably guesstimate the size based on the number of rounds/rows per inch given on the yarn or thread label.
Remember:
- Feel free to download and use the charts, print copies for your own use. However, you may not print them out and share them with others. Send folks to my website so they can download for themselves.
- I don't own the original pattern, but I do own my recharted version. So, please don't copy my charts and claim them as your own or publish them under your name. If you want to have your own charts, then find the original patterns and rechart them yourself!
- Do not sell copies of these charts. If I don't charge for my recharts, you certainly shouldn't charge for my recharts!
