Konigin
Konigin is a design by Herbert Niebling, originally published in Beyer 361. It has eight repeats in the round. I have found online another pattern, "Les Pivoines," published in Le Tricot d'Art (album number unknown), which is the same pattern but with only six repeats. If anyone out there knows the album number, please let me know!
There are a lot of charts, and I've had to divide charts B and C into right and left halves. It's probably easiest to print all the charts and tape the right and left halves together.
Cast on 8 (or 6) stitches and join into a round. Begin following the chart, repeating the pattern 8 (or 6) times in the round. Being off with a crochet hook, decreasing as shown in the last round. Chain 9 between the decreases. Join the last ch9 to the first decrease, tie a knot, trim and weave in the ends.

- Feel free to download and use the charts, print copies for your own use. However, you may not print them out and share them with others. Send folks to my website so they can download for themselves.
- I don't own the original pattern, but I do own my recharted version. So, please don't copy my charts and claim them as your own or publish them under your name. If you want to have your own charts, then find the original patterns and rechart them yourself!
- Do not sell copies of these charts. If I don't charge for my recharts, you certainly shouldn't charge for my recharts!
