Gloxiniaeflora
One of Niebling's, large, pretty doilies.Size: 60 cm diameter. Material: 150 g thin silk, 1 circular knitting needle size 1.5 mm, 5 double pointed needles size 1.5 mm and 1 size 10 crochet hook.
Cast on 6 stitches and join into a round. Begin with Chart A. Repeat the chart six times per round up to round 144. Knit the rounds not shown on the chart. Where there are double yarnovers, on the next round knit the first loop and purl the second loop. Repeat the chart 12 times per round beginning with round 145. After round 168, decrease as shown on the chart, using a crochet hook. Chain 12 between the decreases. Starch and block.
